My first message--Heeeeelp!

I love a light, fruity (blackberry, raspberry, currant)red wine--with a hint of vanilla or chocolate, I am in heavan. (Good grief, that sounds like a dessert, doesn't it?!) When I find a wine I like, I cling to it like a life raft. Naturally, the following year's offering is not always the same. Then, I am once again set adrift to find a wine to my liking. Too much to choose from and not enough knowledge, that's my problem. Any ideas or suggestions?
