IK, it is Chadd's Ford, PA (now maybe they truncated the name for the winery) but the place name is as above. (And yes, by gosh, they did truncate the place name for the winery.)

CHADDSFORD WINERY
632 Baltimore Pike
Chadds Ford, PA 19317
610-388-6221
cfwine@chaddsford.com

Naturally, named after a river crossing.

I've nary ever seen a bottle of PA wine in my part of Virginia. Maybe they have some up around DC? (Uh, duh, that would be Maryland.)

The most famous things about Chadds Ford are some spots for fine dinning, mushrooms, and a family of artists names of Andrew (did some nudy woman and a bunch of dumb looking farm houses and stuff), Andy and Jamie (did some stuff with JFK) and then there is that old dead guy, Howard Pyle from Wilmington. Then there was that book writing guy, James Michner, who wrote something about the area (The Author), but I'm getting off track.

According to the CHADDSFORD Winery web site they distribute to NY, PA, NJ, MA and DE.

The website is:

Happy hunting!
