Since you are already in Europe, it would be a piece of cake to get a job working in a vineyard during the harvest. You could chit chat with any of the "brass" you encounter during the picking to maybe get further work during the crush and winemaking. After that, as Wonders suggests, get a job in retailing in a major city either in the EEU or wherever you want to be for awhile. With all that under your belt, you could move on to working as a wine steward, in management positions in retailing, wholesaling, wine oriented associations, or in some capacity at a winery.
