Can someone tell me about this wine?

Someone recently gave my wife a bottle of Spanish wine. It's Reserva 1998 u.r.p.r.d. Estola." I'm not sure how it was stored by the person who gave it to us, but we've kept it our dining room on our wine rack for a few weeks.

1. Does anyone know anything about this wine?
2. Would it be any good?
3. Is there any value to this wine?
