Hi HC, and welcome to the Wine Board. Sounds good. A pinot noir would be the best foil. Look for Logan, Sleepy Hallow Vineyard at around $18. There are other Santa Lucia Highland (not only good, but trendy) Pinots available at mostly higher prices, but most not exceeding $50. Amost all of them including the Logan are ready to go on release.
