Hi Mr Padoo, and welcome to the Wine Board. It sounds like you wish to collect wines as an investment. This is not encouraged. As bad as things are, the stock market is much more reliable.

If you want to collect wine in order to drink, that is another story. First you have to find out what you like. Go to tastings at retailers. Visit nearby wineries. Hopefully an opportunity will arise to taste a great wine that has been aged out. Many if not most people these days don't like aged out wines, but prefer them when the fruit is fresh.
