Hi NewHobby and welcome to the board. The guys have given you some excellent suggestions but the one that can`t be emphasised strongly enough is to taste, taste and file. There `haint no book around that will give you the true insight into wine like good `ole experience. Taste as many of them suckers as you can and keep the result filed upstairs for future reference.
