How's Long Valley these days? Was married in that town in 1973--great place then, but I see lots of developments along Rt 206...

Anyway, when it comes to "dry" in wine one must also deal with taste perception, not to mention relative acidity. Not to blow my own horn, but if you really want to learn about wine, we run seminars for novices three consecutive Tuesdays each month (except August).
