trouble sleeping

Hello,

I'm looking for a good sweet and fruity wine. I have some trouble sleeping through the night most times. My dad recommended maybe a glass of wine before bedtime. I don't drink. I asked a clerk at a liquior store for a sweet fruity wine and he recommended Arbor Mist. I really didn't care for the taste. Not really sure what "sweet" wine tastes like, I didn't think it was sweet at all. I would appreciate any recommendations.
