Beaujolais is a light wine from the southern part of Burgundy. It is made from the gamay grape. It is usually drunk at 55-60 degrees. Your pinot is a full one, and should be dunk at 65 degrees F. If your "room" is 75 degrees you need to cool it down some in the fridge or ice bucket.
