Guys,

With all respect due, Beaujolais Nouveau is really more about the name than anything else.
My belief is that it should be sold in plastic bottles to make Gluckwine-or used in the kitchen. To start with as its name says, its a new wine. There is no oak aging process. Secondly the Gamay grape is really not a great cepage (grape).- And third, it is a disappointing wine for its price / quality

I recommend you try a good California wine. A cabernet or merlot. Five to ten years old and enjoy it!
