Supreme Court ruling...what's likely direction?

Now that New York has moved towards direct shipping and Michigan appears likely to move the other way (outright ban), those states at least have resolved their apparently contradicting rules (Alcohol versus interstate commerce)

What is happening with the rest of the states that have these rules (such as Massachusetts). I was under the impression that as of their recess, the rules that are in place (allowing within state shipping and banning out of state shipments into MA) would then not be allowed and thus voided. I've heard nothing from these states?
