I recall a brief period back in the '60's when Beaujolais was available in small cans in the San Antonio area. They might have been 125 ml size...something of that sort. They were on the market for maybe a year, then disappeared, and haven't been seen locally since. The wine wasn't bad, but faced some very stiff competition from local breweries that seemed to have proved fatal.
