The sauvignon blanc, riesling, and pinot noir are all high in acidity. The others are all relatively low. All are good wines with the exception of the Turning Leaf. The chardonnay is an oak bomb, something else to consider as a problem. The one your wife had probably was one too. Incidentally if that was the only wine to affect you that way, it could very well have been an isolated case.
