I would have the same problem, but I think if you did not actually swallow any of the wine you would not ingest any of the alcohol, and would only feel a very mild effect from inhaling the fumes.

Right now I am drinking a bottle of Cartlidge and Brown Pinot Noir, and am definitly buzzing....

BTW, I also made a marianade for my steak that came out really well. It's red wine vinegar, basalmic vinigar, olive oil, Nature's Seasoning (mostly celery salt and pepper) and Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning. Excellent marianade. Excellent steak. Salute!
