In Germany you can buy tiny tasting glasses with stem and all that hold maybe 1.5 to 2 ounces of wine. A friend got a dozen for me and I use them when I auction off a wine tasting for the annual church auction. Then I bring out other German wine glasses for a final dessert wine with fruit torte or cake.
(These glasses are the somewhat kitschy kind with green spiral stems, gold rim and gold vines on the bowl. Not the best for seeing the color of the wine but traditional for German wines).
