I'm not familiar with Williamsburg Winery but someone else may answer that question. It may be mentioned somewhere on the East Coast Wines thread. You could try a search with Williamsburg Winery.
As to food pairings with blush wines, I like a simply prepared shrimp dish (no hot sauce) or possibly grilled chicken. I also served a Maui blush wine (as a novelty that most people may not have encountered) at a wine tasting with a variety of appetizers such as cheese and crackers, sauteed mushrooms, and crab-filled mushrooms. The Maui blush wine was favorably received.
