I'm with KC on this one--something like a Robert Mondavi Napa Cabernet Sauvignon only I like it better if the tannins have softened a little such as a 1994 over a more recent vintage or a vintage that resulted in a softer wine such as the 1998 vintage. I liked the 1998 Sequoia Grove (although, rereading my notes I recommended this one for Beef Wellington or Beef Tenderloin and thought it might be too light for a hearty steak). Guess I'll go back to the Robert Mondavi recommendation.
