Hi,

I'm hosting a dinner for friends. I'll be serving grilled/bbq Korean beef and traditional side dishes such as kim chee and other spicy pickled vegetables.

I don't drink, but would like for my guests to have something nice to wine to accompany their dinner.

I was considering these two wines:
- Covey Run Gewurztraminer '04
- Bonny Doon Pacific Rim Dry Riesling '04

Does anyone have any comments/suggestions on these? I was concern that the wine might be too sweet for the salty and spicy food?

My friend also recommended a red shiraz? Is this a good match? If so, any recommendations would be much appreciated.

I usually get my wines at Beverages and MOre since it is easy.

Thanks for your help
