It is in lousy vintages like 1993 that the true nature of industrial champagne factories like Moet can be best seen. Most quality houses went from 1990 to 1995 but since Moet is controlled by liquor and perfume marketers who don't understand the concept of "this one should not see the light of day, at least with our name on it" but instead need a constant flow of product, you get wines like this.

The intrinsic value is maybe $35 per bottle but you will no doubt be able to find some dupe of the hype machine who might think it a good deal at $85-100.....
