Few sushi restaurants would probably have the choices IK and Roberto mentioned. However, there are many restaurants in PA that let you bring your own wine. So, check with the restaurant, and if they let you bring in your own, get one of the recommendations and take it with you. If not, most sushi places now carry premium sakes that are served cold. There are a number of varieties and they're all nicely dry and taste wonderful.
