With regard to holding on to the bottles for a few years, it would be fun to stipulate to your parents that they can only consume them on Christmas. This way that would have to wait till at least 04 & 05 before consumming the 95 & 96. I would think they would be ready to have fun with by then. What a lovely tradition to start. Do you spend the holiday with your parents? If so, you can stipulate it that snow must be on the ground and the whole family together in order for the bottle to be opened. Putting a "whole family together" is the greatest gift anyone can give their parents.
