Hi Catwina, and welcome to the Wine Board. There are many white wines out there that meet your criteria. One of the easiest to run across is Sauvignon Blanc, which interestingly enough is one of the parents of Cabernet Sauvignon.

The ones from New Zealand are very popular right now, and almost all are at the $10 or $20 price point. Look for one called Nebiolo.

Some other whites are Chardonnay (usually presented with a heavy dose of oak, and therefore not to my liking), Pinot Grigio, and a host of other Italian whites which are almost always dry and oak free.
