Wines will freeze a few degrees below where water will freeze depending on how much alcohol they contain. Unless you lose your power, this is very unlikely to occur. Even if you lose power the interior of structures stays warmer that the outside. We have gone through eight days of power loss in January ('95) without losing any wine. Even if wine does briefly freeze, it can survive so long as the cork doesn't get pushed out. Wine is much more intolerant of heat than cold.
