But when you say "invest," do you mean that you want to hold it in event that it increases in quality? Hope not, because even the finest Champagnes are far from the best wine "investments." The value of the finest Champagnes -- from the Krugs to Moet & Chandon "Dom Perignon," "Perrier-Jouet "Fleur de Champagne," and Roederer "Cristal" -- is definitely in their inimitable taste, not their collectability.
