Hi astonv01 and welcome to the board. Bingo! You got it rite. Once a wine is open there is about a 24 hour window where the wine doesn't disintigrate. Go back on this thread 100 days and you can see the various methods used. I prefer the " Wine Preserve " product myself. WW
