Anniversary screams Champagne. If I had $200 for an anniversary, it would go for a bottle of Jacquessin (sic?) RD, whatever the available vintage. You might find it on the web in a specialty shop. If I couldn't find Jacquessin, it'd have to be Bollinger RD, whatever's available. Unlike Dom (and others) these two only bottle a RD wine if the year is right. The Jac is more chick-magnetic as it has the most beautiful label with angels and some blurb about Napolean. It is also a better Champagne.
