Hi everyone!

I was wondering if you could help me out... you know how there's that saying how wine tastes better with age? Well, it is almost a year since my bf and I have been together, and for our one year anniversary, I would like to get him a year 2000 wine, but one that would age well, and does not have to be drunk soon. I'm hoping to keep the wine as is for at least another 3-4 years. Is this possible? And if it is, any suggestions on what's a good one to get? Preferably red wine....

Thanks so much for your help!
