Virtually any wine made in the world today is fermented to dryness, which means there is no detectable sugar. There are, of course, exceptions such as dessert wines, wines intentionally fermented with just a bit of sugar like a Vouvray Demi Sec, and the cheap jug style wines like Riunite Lambrusco, made with just enough sugar to appeal to people who don't generally drink wine. One.6 is a wine that was a marketing experiment that really didn't work. It was supposed to be a low carb wine, but it was just low carb in name only. It has virtually the same carbs as just about any other wine. Go to your local wine shop and ask the folks there for their recs. Don't get a Kendall Jackson Vintners Reserve Chardonnay, however, because they add some unfermented Muscat grape juice to the wine to add a bit of sugar for those who aren't used to dry wines.
