Kasha, The Mosel-Sahr-Ruwer is a wine-producing region in SW Germany near the French border. Mosel, Sahr and Ruwer are all rivers in that region, and the Rieslings produced there commonly carry the group's name. Your wine is named for Schlos Neuschwantstein, a very famous castle in Bavaria, which served as the inspiration for Disney's fairyland castle. A delightful place, if you ever have the chance to visit Bavaria.

Suggest you chill the wine in the fridge for an hour or so before dinner, and serve it with cheese and crackers as an appetizer, or with entrees of poultry, pork or fish, prepared without a lot of spicey seasonings.
