Thanks for all your great tips and suggestions (even basting my chicken with blue nun months earlier when I just joined this thread) hahaha, left it on the shelf and got the Chateau de Ste. Michelle instead. [img]http://www.wines.com/ubb2/smile.gif[/img] Relaxing with friends for New Year's Eve, lively jazz and new age music to take us through the late evening and early morning hours, and we are making our own homemade fully-loaded pizzas with some shiraz, shiraz-grenache and cabernet sauvig...will be enjoying both the Yellowtail and 14Hands labels...Dessert will be tiramisu...mmmm~ Enjoy, Bon Appetit and CHEERS when the ball drops!!!
