I have a couple more questions to ask, please

First, I see points listed here, on the specific wine section, and at the wine store I went to. What do these points mean?

Next, I see wines listed as: Logan Sleepy Hollow Vineyards Pinot, or as Talbot/Logan, or as 91 Heitz Napa

I know, from reading that Pinot, Chardonnay, Merlot are the type of grapes, and that Napa, Somona, Rhone are the location of wineries (vineard?) and of coure the number is the year the grapes were made into wine, I have learned somewhat how to read a label, but some of this is confusing, can it be explained?
Is Talboth/Logan the vineyard's location, or its name, or is there a difference?

How much does that name matter?
