aetre, the dish is risotto (not rosetto). Riso is the word for rice in Italian.

More importantly, the color of the sauce that adding red wine gives makes the risotto dish look rather strange to me. Had it in a restaurant once, and won't say what it reminded me of sprawling in a blue/gray--yuch.
