Dear All,
In a forthcoming tasting my group is looking at Italian whites.
Gavi di Gavi 2000
Soave Classico San Vicenzo 96
and two others of the following grape varities Roero Arneis and Pinot Grigio
I would like to know what the board might suggest for food matches.
