Lizardbrains, that was a fantastic way to illustrate the differences/similiarities of wine with the example of candy bars which we all can relate to immediately!
I have done what you suggested with spumante--to which Martini & Rossi is my favorite!!
I did not recognize that I had done that until I read your post! I have tried different Riunite wines also. I am interested in trying "better class" wines now or as soon as I can get directed in the right direction. But wanted you to know I thought your illustration was brilliant!
