The Italians make scores of different examples of "Vino da Meditazzione" that fit your bill. You should be able to find some Recioto della Valpolicella with not much problem. Another idea (and it's cheap) is Mavrodaphne de Patras from Greece. Then there is port but be carefull, that stuff is strong!
