My wife and I love wine, both reds and whites, but we have not found a SPARKLING wine we have enjoyed. The only one that we liked at all was Chardon Riche extra dry. It reminded us a bit of German riesling (which we love) - not super sweet, but subtle honey and citrus. We could do without the yeasty, toast elements, though. We have learned that extra dry is nicer for us than Brut. Out price limit is $20, $25 if something SUPER was out there for the price. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We bow before you in great respect of your superior knowledge!
