You could try a bottle of a Lambrusco. It's a red that still tastes like a red with a sweetness characteristic. If you just want something red in a glass, Many wineries make a type they will call something like a "soft red", or "tiger red" or... These are sweet, but they don't really give the full bodied feel or linguring after ke and wanttaste of a nice red wine. So.. it all depends on what you like or what to try. WP
