Here I am, back from a two week vacation only to find the thread from h---.

Do we ever quit? This thread is amazing!

As for the Sulfites, maybe the terms below might have some meaning:

Total Concentration: Amount added to the original solution.

Residual Concentration: Amount left over after absorbtion and reaction.

But maybe I am repeating words of wisdom that have already been posted. And yes, winoweenie, I am not sober. Too much wine is a good thing, no? Still? How about always?
