Chocolate Ice Cream

Since I am a diabetic I have to watch my simple carb intake and my sugar intake.

There is a company that uses only the natural sugars contained in milk to make a fairly decent ice cream. Their product ends up with 4.5 grams of fat and 4 grams of sugar in a 1/2 cup serving.

The company is Blue Bunny. I love the chocolate flavor and even more I love to have a few bites of the ice cream along with a few sips of Zabaco Zinfandel.

Quite frankly, I really think that if there is a wine other than port that was meant to go with chocolate, that wine is Zinfandel.
