I got some info from free the grapes saying the "wine institute" was recomending CA wineries to get "the permit" and sell to consumers in IN. I returned comment asking about finger lake regions and haven't recieved a response. Is this W.I. a group specifically with CA interests or who are they?

I thought earlier in 07 that Glenora had IN on there ship to list but was evidently mistaken because it's not listed now. Maybe there is still hope for the future. WP
