wow! that was quick. thanks everyone, I have tried the "dummies" books and sometimes they can be too simple but I will definitly give them and the other books a read. Thanks again.
By the way, I have found a culinary website that offers a free wine course you can take, Its kinda cool and some of you may want to take a look. just choose free courses (there is also a cheese course that would go great with the wine one) I hope this will be of interest
