Being a fellow Oregonian, relocated in Idaho, I am fairly familiar with some of the options for local wineries there. Cooper Mountain has a nice bubbley at a reasonable price, if I remember correctly. They are located just outside of Portland, and I believe their tasting room is open all year. They also have a fine selection of pinots. I picked up a Pinot Gris from them that is very nice.
