This suggestion is not so much for serving to your wedding guests (as the cost would be quite exaggerated) but maybe for the honeymoon and future anniversaries--a sweet wine best sipped on its own in moderate quantities (maybe from a half bottle) such as Sauternes from France (Sudiraut or Climens are possibilities)or a German Auslese such as one from Wehlener Sonnenuhr (Mosel) or the Rheingau region. Have the dry red wines for appropriate food pairings (steak, lamb, etc.) and have the sweet wine after dinner.
