There is one little word in your request about aging wine, "white", that is problematic. White wines that age are so few and far apart, and also so expensive that I highly recommend you just concentrate on the reds. The biggest problem I have with white wines is drinking them soon enough. This is particularly true when you start buying by the case.

You will find when perusing the Board that there are some wines you have to age. This includes most American Petite Sirah; Italian Barolo, Barbaresco, and Brunello; and most Australian reds that cost more tha $15 U.S. Haven't mentioned Chile, because I have never laid down a wine from there. There may be some you can find around the Board.
