Botafogo, The Dolcetta d'Alba is from Parusso (Armando di Parusso) and also says on the label Piani Noce (is that a vineyard name?) On the side of the label are the words "Non Disperdere il Vetro Nell'Ambiente." What does that mean? I can read French and sometimes figure out the Italian or Spanish if it is similar to French words I recognize but don't have a clue on this phrase.
I figure on the wine lasting into a second of third evening so will have it with ratatouille one evening and pasta with bits of ham and a cheesy sauce the next evening. I had an eggplant on hand but it was past its prime so threw it out last night and will pick up another over the weekend.
