We're going to be trying a Dolcetto D'Alba for the first time. IK liked his with ham or pork chops. I'm leaning towards the ham but wondered what other suggestions are out there. Later on, we will get around to trying a Vino Nobile de Montepulciano. (A recent diatribe--was it you Roberto?--mourned the terroir lost to produce some of these wines). Nevertheless, I have the bottle on hand and want to try it. What food would complement it?
