chardonnay or sauvignon blanc?

Hi agin' astonv01. I'm probably the least informed person on the board to give you an accurate answer but from my limited experience with SWs' I'll venture an educated reply. I personally prefer Chards (big, buttery, flavorful suckers ) with salmon as I think the mouthfeel plays better with the fattier texture of salmon. There!!! I done Did It.
