Hi Moiseve, and welcome to the Wine Board. Unless you are living at an altitude of 2000 meters or so, you may need to invest in a temperature and humidity control system before investing a lot in wine. Don't know what is available in your country, but there is a lot of information on various systems under the tread on storage at the bottom on this Board. Once you have determined to have adequate storage, you might look at the 2000 Bordeaux futures. A lot of wine that will be selling at the $35 to $40 U.S. level when they are released later this year, are selling in your pricerange now.
