Wife?! Woa, lets not get ahead of ourselves here. Its just a birthday dinner, not a wedding, no matter how much mom would like to see me get married [img]http://www.wines.com/ubb2/smile.gif[/img]

Anyway, the only time I've seen her drink a white was when she took a sip off of mine. She did like the pinot noir I opened at my place a few months back, so that may be the choice.

They have Mark West at $8 a glass and Cambria Estate Santa Maria at $25 a bottle. From there the price jumps beyond where I want to spend. I saw TNs on Mark West in the PN/Burgandy board. Any comments on the Cambria Estate?

I do see I get 3 glasses of Mark West for the same price as the whole bottle of Cambria. But price is not everything. If I get the Cambria I know it has not been open too long because I am buying by the bottle, not glass. So unless you reccomend the Mark West over the Cambria, that looks like my best option.
